Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Chino Club cup. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to start a return Email us at hello@chinoclubus.com with your order number and reason for return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we'll issue store credit to use on a future order.
Damages and incorrect items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us at hello@chinoclubus.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement straight away — no need to return the original item.
Non-returnable items We're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. If you believe you are owed a refund outside of these circumstances, please contact us at hello@chinoclubus.com and we'll do our best to help.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest path is to return your original item for store credit and place a new order.
